Both my partner and I cannot sing enough praise for Matthew – his level of professionalism and knowledge, alongside his willingness to make everyone that he speaks to feel comfortable, with absolutely no judgement or hesitance, is something that I haven’t encountered in a long while when dealing with what can be such stressful topics (finance, loans, etc).

As two young women looking to buy property, we never once felt as though Matt was condescending or impatient with us. No matter the question asked, or the frequency of which it was reoccurring in conversation, Matt never once made either of us feel as though we were being irritating or taking away from his time – instead, he MADE time for us. This was a tell-tale sign that we had chosen the right broker, who we could trust fully to take us through the wild rollercoaster that is the housing market. We had previously been associated with brokers who did not have our best interest at heart, whereas communicating and organising the process with Matt felt honest, safe, and not at all intimidating or anxiety-inducing. Matt thoroughly explained every step of the process and outlined timeframes and expectations.

Throughout the entire experience, Matt ensured that we were kept in the loop – even if this meant going out of his way to follow up with other involved parties who may have not been accurately abiding by provided timeframes. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had all of our matters attended to, and always made us feel like a priority, even though we knew he had other clients.
